How do IÂ get started?
Here are 5 quick tips to get you up and running:
1) Once you sign-up, you're taken to a Tasks and Templates page, where all the features of the tool are listed. But first...
2) To get output that's tailored to your business, you'll want to head over to the Profile page. There, you can enter or update your personal info, and you can also enter details about your business. This helps the AI learn what's important to you, so it can use it to create blog posts, press releases - anything you need.
3) Then you can go back to Tasks and Templates and try one of the tasks. Each task will ask 2-3 questions, and then generate output when you click "See Result".
4) Don't like the output? You can click "See Result" again, and as many times as you like, until you get an answer that works.
5) If you're stuck for ideas on what to put in your company profile, we have you covered. Improve Your Profile will take info from your website, and cook-up a summary that you can copy+paste into your profile.
How do IÂ edit my subscription?
All edits to your subscription can be done from your profile page. This includes upgrades or downgrades, updating your credit card, or cancelling your subscription. Simply login, then visit the profile page.
Is my credit card information kept safe?
Absolutely - all transactions go directly to Stripe, one of the biggest and most secure payment processors in the world.
What marketing channels are covered?
Sherwood covers a wide range of channels, so you can get everything done under one roof. Every plan covers SEO, content creation (including blog posts), social media posting (including idea generation), emails for a wide range of purposes, and PR.
Can it write ads for Google or Facebook?
The Pro plan includes a selection of tasks for creating original text ads. It covers Google, Facebook, and X/Twitter. The Pro plan also includes some strategy templates for planning campaigns - so you can start there, then cook-up ads to match!
Can I try the free version?
Ask Sherwood comes with a 14-day free trial, so you can see if it adds value to your workflow. We don’t have a 100% free version for one simple reason: AI server capacity is in high demand right now, and it needs paying customers to keep it running. But think of it this way: how many hours do you think this will save you? What are those hours worth to you?

What are your terms of service?
By using Ask Sherwood, you agree to these terms. The service is provided "as is," without guarantees of uninterrupted operation. Unauthorized use, including reverse engineering or malicious activity, is prohibited. Users are responsible for safeguarding account credentials. We may suspend accounts for violations. Liability for damages is limited to service fees paid in the last 30 days. Terms may change; continued use signifies acceptance.
What is your privacy policy?
We value your privacy. Ask Sherwood collects minimal personal data, such as your name and email, solely for account creation and service functionality. We do not sell or share your information with third parties, except as required by law. Data is securely stored and encrypted to prevent unauthorized access. You may request data deletion at any time. By using our services, you consent to this policy. Updates to this policy will be posted on our website.
What is your refund policy?
We strive for customer satisfaction. If you're unsatisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription payment. Refunds are not available for subsequent monthly payments, partial months, or promotional offers. To request a refund, contact our support team at sherwood [at] 100storiestall [dot] com with your account details. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. We reserve the right to deny refunds for accounts violating our Terms of Service. By subscribing, you agree to this policy.
